PARMARTH NIKETAN ASHRAM -
Parmarth Niketan Ashram is amidst in lush Himalayas and beautiful Ganga River, located in Rishikesh/Haridwar, Uttarakhand state of India. Ashram was established in 1942 by Pujya Swami Shukdevana, since then he is the head and President of Parmarth Niketan Ashram. It is the largest ashram with 1000 rooms and beautiful garden. Daily routine activities include Yoga, morning prayers, meditation classes, satang and lecture programs, kirtan and famous Ganga Arti. It also provides Natural care and Ayurvedic treatment to its visitors. Ashram houses 14 feet Shiva statue situated on the banks of River Ganga offering perfect view to the Ashram.

ANAND PRAKASH YOGA ASHRAM -
Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram was founded by Yogrishi Vishvketu in 2007 to create peaceful ambience for spiritual seekers visit from all over the world. The ashram is located in Tapovan of Rishikesh/Haridwar city of Uttarakhand. The ashram is the house of Akhanda Yoga, holistic, non-sectarian teachings that do not teach the wisdom of only one lineage, but draw on multiple sources and voices. All aspects of yoga are included such as satkarma, asana, pranayama, Vedic mantra, kirtan, and meditation, as well as various traditions in yoga philosophy.

PHOOL CHATTI ASHRAM -
Phool Chatti Ashram is nestled between landscaping Himalayas and Sacred River Ganga in holy city Rishikesh/Haridwar of Uttarakhand. Ashram is surrounded with natural beauty and graceful gardens. It has been as spiritual site for meditation, renewal and spiritual growth for over 120 years. It is traditional ashram with modern facilities. Phool Chatti Ashram has designed the Yoga and Meditation Program to be a broad introduction to the yogic path and ashram life.

SIVANANDA ASHRAM -
Sivananda Ashram is situated near Ram Jhula of Rishikesh/Haridwar and it is also called as Divine Life Society. Sri Swami Sivananda built this spiritual site in 1936. Sivananda Ashram has daily yoga classes except for Sundays, it organizes separate sessions for men and women. Along with Yoga classes Ashram also offers Meditation and Pranayam classes. The ideals of the Society are lofty, most practicable and within the reach of every human being, irrespective of position, caste, colour, country and creed.

SADHANA MANDIR ASHRAM -
Sadhana Mandir Ashram is located on the banks of Ganga River in Rishikesh of Uttarakhand state of India. Ashram was founded by Swami Rama as an International center for global visitors to practice meditation in a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere. Ashram is nestled in beautiful environment, surrounded by beautiful flowering gardens, mango trees and a lotus pond, a quiet and serene atmosphere making it perfect place for Sadhana.
