Tourist Attractions in Chidambaram

Chidambaram is considered to be the place of the beginning of the sculpture and bronze picture depiction of Lord Shiva as the celestial dancer, a purely Tamilian notion and motif in Chola art has since then become a sign of Hinduism. Chidambaram houses most famous Nataraja Temple, the biggest attraction of this city. City is also famous for Thillaikaliamman Temple which also bear great importance.
