Munnar - Beauty of the Nilgiris

Munnar is town and hill station situated in the Idukki district of Kerala. It is nestled at around 1,600 metres above mean sea level, in the Western Ghats range of mountains. City Munnar derived its name as Munnar means "three rivers", referring to its location at the confluence of the Mudhirapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundaly rivers.
