National Zoological Park is located in Delhi near the Old Fort, it is Zoo spread over vast area of 176 acres of land. It is flawless Green Island with collection of many animals and birds. The zoo is home for around 1350 animals representing almost 130 species of animals and birds from around the world.

Zoo can be explored with battery-operated vehicle or by simple walking in green ground. It is also a conservation breeding program for major animals such as tigers, Rhinoceros, etc. The park was inaugurated in November 1959.
