This travel itinerary of 9 days is planned for those travellers who are coming to India to explore the Heritage, Culture and Religion of North India. Most popular tourist destinations will be the part of your trip and you will explore the different colors of the region. The highlights of this 9 days North India tour package are : visit of the Taj Mahal, Elephant ride at Amber for in jaipur, exotic sculptures of the temples of Khajuraho and the lively Ghaats (banks) of the Ganges at Varanasi.

Traditional welcome at New Delhi. Meeting, reception and assistance on arrival.You will be transfer to your hotel. Delhi visit will depend on the time of arrival. If desired they will take you for a short visit of the Delhi. Night stay at New Delhi.
After breakfast at your hotel, you will be drive to Jaipur. On arrive at Jaipur and check into your hotel, you can stroll through the shopping streets of Jaipur in the evening. Overnight in Jaipur.
After breakfast your guide will meet you at hotel. He will accompany you during your tour of the city. You will start your tour with the Amber Fort. Here you can take a elephant ride to reach the fort on the hill. You will also visit Jaipur City Palace and Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds).In the evening, you are free for your own activities at your hotel or you can go for a movies to watch. Night stay at Jaipur.
After the breakfast drive to Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan and is also named as Pink city (owing to the pink colour of the corridors of the markets primarily to welcome th British prince and the tradition is still followed).
Chek in at your hote. In the afternoon you will visit the city of Jaipur and its traditional markets.
Night stay in Jaipur.
In the Morning, you will be departure for Agra. On the way to Agra, you will visit Fatehpur Sikri. The city of
Fatehpur Sikri was built by Mughal Emperor Akbar which was abandoned due to scarcity of water. Arrive at Agra and check
into your hotel. Overnight in Agra.
After having breakfast, you will visit the Agra monuments. Here you will visit the most famous monuments in India, the Taj Mahal as a symbol of love which is the most precious heritage of India. You can also visit the Red Fort of Agra, the largest fort in India and UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1983. You will also visit the Itmad-ud-Daula Mausoleum (Baby Taj) considered as a " draft "of the Taj Mahal. Overnight in Agra.
In the morning, you will be take train to Jhansi prenderez. From here, you will take car to reach Khajuraho. On the way to Khajuraho, you will visit the palace Orccha. Arrive and check in Khajurao at your hotel. Overnight in Khajuraho.
The best time to visit the Taj mahal is during the sunrise. Visit this most beautiful monument. And yes, please check the memory of your camera before leaving from hotel.
You will also vist the Red fort of Agra and the tomb of Itimad-ud-daula .
Afternoon drive to New Delhi. Evening free at your hotel or you can visit the local markets.
Night stay in New Delhi.
The Khajuraho is a small town which is known worldwide for its temples with rich sculptures, some with explicit erotic scenes.
It is the ancient capital of a distant dynasty. Visit the temples of Khajuraho. After visiting places of Khajuraho, afternoon
you will take flight to Varanasi.On arrival at Varanasi and check into your Hotel.
In the evening you will visit the Ghaats of Varanasi. Overnight at Varanasi.
Early in the morning, you can take Boat ride on the Ganges. You will experience the life that takes place on the banks of the Ganges. Then you will visit the ancient Hindu temples. You will visit Sarnath, one of the most important sacred Buddhist places in the world where Buddha preached his first sermon there in 2500 years. This sermon called "the turning of the Wheel of Dharma" summarizes the major Buddhist principles. Sarnath remained abandoned until 1836, when the British excavèrent ruins. Stay night at Varanasi.
Here ends the trip to Varanasi, Flight to New Delhi. Depending on the schedule of your return flight, you will transfer to New Delhi international airport. Your trip to the Ganges with the most popular places in North India ends here.
